Throughout October, Johnson Development is opening the doors to luxury living at two celebrated Sugar Land communities — Imperial and Riverstone — offering an all-access pass to the world of designer kitchens, elaborate baths, plush media rooms, high-end furniture and sophisticated décor.

Seven model homes in Imperial will be open, showcasing elegant designs by Gracepoint Homes, Meritage Homes and Partners in Building. Visitors will be able to imagine life in one of Gracepoint’s East Coast-inspired Brownstones and discover how Partners in Building can help them create the custom home of their dreams. Homes in Imperial are priced from the $450,000s.

Riverstone will feature 15 models spanning an array of home design choices from patio homes to million-dollar homes. Homes in Riverstone are priced from the $330,000s.

In both communities, models will be open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Mondays through Saturdays and noon to 6 p.m. on Sundays.
