Darling Homes debuts patio homes in Sugar Land communityHouston-based Darling Homes is bringing a collection of patio homes to the Imperial development in Sugar Land with starting prices in the ballpark of $550,000. Seven floor plans will be offered in the 716-acre lakeside community at Texas 6 and U.S. 90A. Imperial will feature Mediterranean-designed homes with covered porches and grand master suites. Sizes will range from about 2,600 square feet to more than 3,800 square feet. Up to three bedrooms and three baths will be available in each patio home, along with plenty of entertaining spaces and optional outdoor living spaces. “We’re excited to be able to offer our patio collection at Imperial,” Scott Sim, vice president of sales and marketing for Darling Homes’ Houston division, said in an announcement. “Imperial’s tree-lined boulevards, Oyster Creek trails and close proximity to retail and entertainment areas make this a very special community.” Partners in Building and Sitterle Homes are also building patio homes in the community and Trendmaker Homes is building townhomes.
