Builder to bring Hill Country-inspired homes to Sugar LandSitterle Homes, one of four home builders selected for Imperial Sugar Land, has announced it will offer its Luxury Garden Home Collection in the master-planned community, a Hill Country-inspired design for active empty nesters and busy young professionals seeking a low-maintenance, yet high-style home. "Empty nesters have raised their kids in a home they may have purchased decades ago," said Steve Von Hofe, Houston division president for Sitterle Homes. "They're ready for something new." Part of Imperial Sugar Land's 116 new patio and garden homes, the Luxury Garden Collection by Sitterle Homes features one-story plans ranging from 1,850 to 3,000 square feet. Inspired by Hill Country vistas, floor plans in the collection feature natural wood and stone, artistic tile, grouped windows, overhead architectural features and crafted detailed molding and trim. Art niches and decorative shelving offer places for a lifetime of collecting while interior and garage spaces provide room for storage. "Garden home living is a quiet, easy-going lifestyle that also appeals to young professionals who work long hours and travel frequently," added Von Hofe. "They don't want to come home and work more. Home is their place to kick back and relax." New luxury patio and garden homes in Imperial Sugar Land will be available for sale by the end of 2013 with models open in the spring of 2014. A limited number will be available in Imperial's gated, waterfront neighborhood of Quiet Cove. Twenty-seven new, single and two-story townhomes also are planned to face Imperial Boulevard, one of the community's signature tree-lined streets. The 716-acre master-planned community is home to a weekly farmer's market and Constellation Field, home of the Sugar Land Skeeters.
